Area 11-Q regions may create all-star teams for age divisions U10, U12 and U14. The area administers this league. Teams are formed by the regions in a variety of methods determined by the region. To be eligible for all-star selection, players must have played in the fall core program (no plus players) and must have played in a minimum of half of their fall team's games.

The all-star season plays in January and Feburary. Please visit the all-star calendar page for more details on dates and events.

Competition Rules

Please review the posted rules of play each season. The competition format may change each year as the competition directors change, different areas manage a multi-area league, or other factors.

Coaches and their teams are responsible for knowing and abiding by all rules of play.

The All-Star rules are included in the Area Q Guidelines.
